Angela is the founder of Tours for Teachers and has worked in education for more than 22 years. What began as a passion for travel and learning grew into a global community of educators exploring the world together through professional study tours. Angela loves creating experiences that bring people together, inspire fresh thinking, and help educators reconnect with their love of teaching and adventure.

CONTENT SUPPORT

Christie is the creative support behind much of Tours for Teachers’ content, helping bring the stories, experiences, and memories of each tour to life. From website and brochure support to behind-the-scenes organisation, Christie plays a huge role in sharing the heart of what Tours for Teachers is all about. Her creativity, encouragement, and attention to detail help make everything feel warm, welcoming, and personal.

TOUR LEADER

Lou is a passionate educator with a real love of learning, travel, and adventure. She has a special passion for Finland and Japan and loves exploring different cultures, education systems, and ways of life. With experience in both education and travel, including coordinating children’s camps in the USA, Lou brings warmth, energy, and a sense of fun to every tour. She is a strong believer in the power of connection, curiosity, and creating experiences that people will remember for years to come.

TOUR LEADER

Christine brings over 10 years of Educational Leadership experience and has a strong background in wellbeing and creating positive learning environments. A passionate educator and experienced traveller, she loves connecting with people, sharing stories, and helping travellers feel supported and included throughout each tour. Christine brings a calm, caring energy to every experience and is always ready for an adventure, especially if it includes a sauna and lake dip.

TOUR LEADER

Jessica is passionate about travel, connection, and creating meaningful experiences for others. Having lived in Uganda, she brings a deep appreciation and understanding of local culture, community, and everyday life. Warm, energetic, and approachable, she loves helping people step outside their comfort zones and build confidence through travel. Jessica brings a genuine love of people and culture to every tour and is known for making travellers feel comfortable, supported, and part of the group from day one.
