Tour inclusions vary depending on the specific tour, with each itinerary carefully designed to provide a unique and enriching experience. Accommodation, scheduled activities, school visits, and other inclusions will be clearly outlined in the tour itinerary. Unless otherwise stated, international and domestic flights, visas, meals, and beverages are not included in the tour price.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of $200 AUD is required to register for a tour.

Yes. After paying your deposit, you can pay the remaining balance through a payment plan. You can choose to use the preset payment schedule or we can work with you to create one that suits your personal needs. Final payments are generally due 60 days before travel.

Absolutely. You are welcome to make additional payments or pay the remaining balance early at any time before the scheduled due dates.

Tours are confirmed once the minimum number of participants has been reached. We recommend waiting for official confirmation before booking flights.

If you cancel 60 days or more before departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost, excluding the non-refundable $200 deposit.
Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are non-refundable. -
If a tour is cancelled due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, refunds will be provided less any unrecoverable costs. Please note that we are not responsible for additional expenses such as flights, visas, vaccinations, or travel insurance costs.

Yes. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travellers and must cover illness, injury, loss of property, and cancellation or inability to travel. Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.

Not at all, everyone is welcome! Many participants travel with family members or friends who may choose to skip the school visits and simply enjoy the sightseeing and cultural experiences. Our tours are generally designed for adults, so we ask that children do not attend.

Yes. Occasionally itineraries, activities, or inclusions may need to change due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or minimum participant numbers. If changes occur, reasonable notice will be provided where possible.

Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of travel.

We do our best to accommodate dietary requirements and food allergies when advised in writing before the tour begins. However, due to local food availability and preparation methods, we cannot guarantee all dietary needs can be met in every destination.

Yes. Photos and videos may be taken during the tour for promotional and marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in photos, please let us know before the tour begins.

Travellers are responsible for bringing and managing their own medications and ensuring they comply with local laws in the destination country. In emergencies, Tours for Teachers may arrange medical treatment on your behalf if necessary.

Yes. Any medical treatment costs incurred during the tour, including hospitalisation, medication, and transport, are the traveller’s responsibility.

Travellers are responsible for understanding and following the laws, customs, and regulations of the countries visited during the tour.

Personal information collected may be used to help operate and coordinate your tour and may be shared with relevant service providers. Information is otherwise managed in accordance with the Tours for Teachers privacy policy.
